Desirée is a #1 Bestselling Author and Certified Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index(TM) Master Practitioner and COR.E Dynamics Specialist with iPEC. iPEC training is accredited by the International Coach Federation and was named the top coaching certification program every year from 2020-2025. ​

She also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through Transform Destiny and in various leadership programs, including The Leadership Challenge(R), Situational Leadership(R) II and Crucial Conversations(R).

Desirée completed spirituality training through Gabby Bernstein's Spirit Junkie Master Class and is currently obtaining a Wellness certification including meditation, reiki and mindfulness.

She graduated from UCLA with a BA in English and Specialization in Asian American Studies. ​​
